Act is not a vehicle for the recovery of
debts, the failure to pay a judgement debt
can lead to the Federal Court or the Federal
Magistrates Court making a sequestration
order against a debtor under which the debtor
becomes a bankrupt.
We act in Bankruptcy matters
for both creditors and debtors in preparing
bankruptcy notices and in applications
to the court, including applications for
the setting aside of bankruptcy notices where
they have been issued wrongly or where
the form of the notice is defective.
